If you came here looking for a 2021 Bowman Chrome Gunnar Henderson, read this first: we cannot find him on that checklist. Baseball Card Pedia’s 2021 Bowman Chrome page lists a 100-card base set, a 100-card Prospects set and a 158-name Chrome Prospect Autographs run, and Henderson’s name does not appear anywhere on it. This page used to say the opposite, and it was wrong.
That is what the checklist we can read says. It is not a claim that no such card exists anywhere in the world — but if you are about to pay real money for one, ask the seller for the card number on the back before you do.
What his 2021 Bowman-family card actually is
2021 Bowman BP-49 — the paper Bowman Prospects card, from the April 2021 Bowman release. That is his 2021 Bowman card. There is no Chrome version of it and no autograph version of it on the checklist. His neighbouring years are the same shape: 2020 Bowman BP-134 and 2022 Bowman BTP-75.
Where his marquee signed prospect card really lives
2019 Bowman Draft — CDA-GH. Baltimore took him in the second round of the 2019 draft, 42nd overall, and that year’s Bowman Draft is both his 1st Bowman year and the home of his headline autograph:
- BD-22 Gunnar Henderson — the paper base card in the 200-card set. His 1st Bowman. The whole base set also has a Chrome version, so the chromium copy of the same card is BDC-22.
- CDA-GH — one of 81 Chrome Autographs in the set, and the signed card at the top of his early market. - FF-RH / FFA-RH — the Franchise Futures card and dual autograph he shares with Adley Rutschman.

- Check recent sold comps before you pay; see what’s it worth.
- Read the card number, not the listing title. “2021 Bowman Chrome Henderson” in a title is most often a 2021 Bowman BP-49, a 2019 Bowman Draft Chrome card, or a 2023 Bowman Chrome rookie-year card.
